Mariya is originally from Ukraine. Because she loved exploring the world, she had
visited many countries, subsequently settling in The United States in 2006. She
spent most of her time in Upstate New York since. Prior to becoming a real estate
agent Mariya worked in healthcare for 11 years. She brings a unique blend of skills
and expertise to help clients navigate the complex world of real estate. With years
of experience in health care industry, she developed strong interpersonal and
communication skills working closely with patients, families, and provider teams.
Habits like empathy, caring for others, active listening and attention to deal
became her second nature, which serves her well in the real estate world.
As a licensed real estate agent, Mariya is passionate about helping individuals and
families find their dream homes, or acquire investment properties.
In her free time Mariya loves to travel learning about various worlds’ cultures and
ethnicities; she enjoys camping, hiking, and singing. Currently she lives in Oswego
with her husband. She fluently speaks Ukrainian and Russian.
