I was given great service by my realtor, Thomasina Greene at Gray Cross Realty. She had probably never been in a situation where the sale took 5 months and subsequent purchase of a new home with great credit and a huge down payment, another 3 months. I saw Ben for about 45 minutes and when he put the sign on my lawn. Thomasina however, was there and available by text, phone and email, when things seemed to come to a stand still. She was quick to get answers and advocate for me. I found that most of the answers to the questions I had about why the professionals weren't doing their jobs came from Ben and sounded more like excuses. None of the hold ups were due to any aspect of COVID or anything I, the buyer, seller or Thomasina had any control over. I won't ever buy another house or sell the one I have after this experience but all the credit for getting those transactions completed really goes to Thomasina who didn't hesitate to be the squeaky wheel when I needed one.
