Ben originally entered the real estate profession while living on Cape Cod in the town of Falmouth, MA. His love for the ocean has brought him to live in other areas like Nantucket Island as well as Newport Beach, CA. After having two children Ben and his wife decided to relocate to sunny Syracuse, NY to raise their kids closer to family and enjoy all the great things about the Central New York area. His real estate experience is also as diverse as the places he has called home. Ben has worked with luxury residential listings, commercial real estate as well as assisting banks and private equity firms across the country in selling portfolio owned properties. Those same banks and equity firms often contact Ben for his price opinions on properties across the CNY region. This has afforded him the opportunity to understand the real estate market unlike many others.
